Malcolm Jackson, III (Lil Boo) was born on October 16, 2002 to Latrice Powell and Malcolm Jackson, Jr. in Memphis, TN. The Lord called him home on January 15, 2021. Malcolm confessed his belief in Christ at the age of 9 under the leadership of Pastor Gregory C. Stokes, Sr. at Greater Paradise Baptist Church. He later joined Pure Holiness Fellowship Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Andre Williams, Sr. Malcolm was a student expected to graduate this year from Center Hill High School Class of 2021, and had plans on becoming the world’s next greatest rapper and own a record label company, which he called RLE (Real Love Entertainment). Malcolm leaves behind to cherish his fond memories: his father, Malcolm Jackson, Jr., his mother and step-father, Latrice and Cortney Powell; his grandmother, Deborah Williams-Houlder; grandfather, Percy Lee Phillips; step-grandfather, Calvin Nelson; his Godmother, Terica Turner; three younger sisters, Brooklyn Pitre, Ma’Kiyla Ann Powell and Caitlyn Jean Powell; a splitting image little brother, Bishop Jackson; two God brothers, Derico Monroe and Antario Murray; three God sisters, DeKirria Monroe, Deonica Glover, and Kiyona Glover; his uncle, Cortney Williams; two step-uncles, Jamarlon Powell and Brandon Powell; three aunts, Sharika Morgan, Ann Hervey and Contessa Owens, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Barbara Ann Galloway Jackson and Malcolm (Michael/Mike) Jackson, Sr.; step-grandmother, Gloria Jean Powell; aunt, Christina Marie Jackson Hines; a special cousin, Damien Galloway.
